The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has found no evidence that Aryan Khan, son of actor Shah Rukh Khan, was involved in a major drug smuggling or international drug trafficking racket. The SIT has come up with some important findings against the allegations made by the NCB’s Mumbai division. Aryan Khan had no drugs, so there was no need to take his phone and check his chats.

The chats do not suggest that Aryan was part of any international drug racket. The raid video was not recorded despite being mandatory in the NCB manual and the drugs seized from several accused arrested in the crime are shown as single recovery, the NCB’s SIT concluded.

The SIT probe has not been completed yet. N. It may take a few more months for Pradhan to submit his final report. Legal votes will be taken before this final report is submitted. In particular, legal opinions will be taken on the issue of whether Aryan Khan can be punished for drug use even if no drugs were found in his possession, officials said. However, the SIT’s probe has raised more questions about the raid and the action taken by former NCB divisional director Sameer Wankhede.

The SIT has also questioned Wankhede several times. Aryan did not ask his friend Arbaaz Merchant to bring drugs on the cruise, the SIT inquiry said.
