The CBI had last week filed an application in the court seeking a reply from Anil Deshmukh. The Sessions Court granted the CBI’s application. The CBI will file a three-day reply in Arthur Road Jail.
According to the information received, the CBI will record Anil Deshmukh’s reply on March 3, 4 and 5. The CBI has earlier recorded the statements of suspended police officers Sachin Waze, Kundan Shinde and Sanjeev Palande.
