Director Sahil Kapoor absconding after molesting female model

The 25-year-old model has registered a case against the director at Oshiwara police station with various sections of molestation, cheating and other sections. The accused director is absconding since the registration of the case. On the other hand, the Oshiwara police is actively looking for the accused director.
According to the information received from the Oshiwara police, the 25-year-old female model said in her statement to the police on June 19 that the accused director Sahil Kapoor had taken Rs 5 lakh from the model for making a video album from her. Model was also chosen as the line producer for the album.
When the album was ready, the accused director Sahil Kapoor took all the copyrights with himself. One day after luring the model to Bhiwandi, he escaped from the spot after molesting her. When the model came to know that she had been cheated, the model demanded her money back from the accused Sahil Kapoor. Instead of giving the money back, the accused Sahil Kapoor started abusing the model over the phone.
After which the model filed a case against the director accused Sahil Kapoor in Oshiwara police. Police have registered a case against the accused under sections 354, 406, 420, 409, 509, and 500 of the IPC and started searching for the accused. The accused director Sahil Kapoor is absconding since the same case was registered. Police sub Inspector Ravindra Jadhav is investigating the matter.
