Filmmaker Kamal Kishore Mishra has accused Lucknow hospital director Vinay Kumar Singh of cheating. He is the same filmmaker who was arrested by the Amboli police on charges of assaulting his wife. According to Mishra, the owner of Devina Hospital had duped him of Rs 28,10,800 a few months ago.
According to information, Kamal Mishra and hospital director Vinay Kumar Singh became friends a few years ago. Both started meeting each other. Kamal Mishra alleged that Vinay asked him to invest Rs 28 lakh for the hospital.
According to Kamal Mishra, I agreed to lend him the money and in return he gave me 6 cheques. Out of those six cheques, I also deposited one cheque. Later I was arrested on the charges leveled by my wife,” Mishra said.
He further says, “I was away at that time and now surprisingly I have come to know that Singh has filed a false case of fraud of 55 lakhs.
He actually came into my office and stole the rest of the cheques. I had complained about this to the police 5 months back.
Kamal Mishra also alleged that Vinay was not returning the money to him a few months ago. After that, in the month of July this year, I also gave a legal notice to Vinay to return the money. Although Vinay also returned Rs 6 lakh to me in 3 parts.
Mishra says that Rs 28 lakh was paid to Vinay through the bank. Mishra also alleges that Vinay gave me 55 lakh rupees, does Vinay have any evidence for this, I am going to file a cheating case against Vinay very soon. When we tried to contact Vinay about this, he could not be contacted.
