The murderous accused entered the house in the middle of the night and tortured. After this incident, the victim along with her husband committed suicide by consuming poison. According to India Today, a 30-year-old man and his 27-year-old wife were poisoned on Thursday. Both were admitted to the hospital after the incident. But the husband died on Thursday itself. His wife died in a hospital in Gorakhpur on Friday. Basti SP Gopal Krishna gave this information on Saturday.
Relatives of the couple have alleged that two persons entered the house and gang-raped the married couple on Thursday midnight. Police informed that the concerned couple had recorded a video before committing suicide and in that video they had mentioned the names of the accused. Police on Friday registered a case against the duo under sections 376 D (gang rape) and 306 (incitement to suicide) on a complaint filed by the brother of the deceased.
The arrested accused have been identified as Adarsh ​​(25) and Triloki (45) and the police are investigating. The deceased couple has two sons aged eight and six and a one-year-old daughter. Preliminary information is getting that this gang rape took place due to a dispute over the purchase and sale of land. The police are investigating the incident in detail.
