In Bhandara District, a minor girl has been raped in a speeding ST bus. It has come to light that this act was done while taking a minor girl for a walk. The incident took place at Sakoli police station in Bhandara district. The accused is identified as Rajesh Madavi, 19, a resident of Bodra.
The accused took the victim on a bus from Sakoli under the pretext of going for a walk in Nagpur. Taking advantage of the fact that there was no carrier in the bus at night, the accused raped the minor girl in the last seat of the bus. Meanwhile, he took her to his relatives in Nagpur.
However, as the relatives suspected the movement of the accused, they immediately kicked Rajesh out of the house. Therefore, accused Rajesh returned to Bodra at night along with the minor student.
Meanwhile, the girl’s father reported the girl missing. When the police started searching for the girl, the police patrol of Bodar informed the police that the missing girl was in the village with Rajesh. Police have reached Bodra village and arrested the girl and Rajesh. Both of them are undergoing medical examination at Sakoli Sub-District Hospital.
After investigation, the police have registered a case against the accused Rajesh under sections 376, 367 and Poxonway. Sakoli police are conducting further investigation.
