The rule is that I can remove the scams of the ruling party from the authority of the Leader of the Opposition and no one can ask me the source of my information. However, I have been called for a similar inquiry into the Mahavikas Aghadi government’s Home Ministry scam. I will cooperate fully with the police. Leader of Opposition Devendra Fadanvis has assured that he will appear before the police at BKC tomorrow and give proper answers to their questions.

Against the backdrop of the forthcoming BMC Election, the BJP has been playing such a match against Mahavikas Aghadi for the last several days and its aggression is increasing day by day. An issue of this will be seen in Mumbai tomorrow. BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis will face police interrogation at BKC’s cyber police station, which could lead to a major high voltage drama in political circles.

BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis has been issued a notice by the police and the news that he will have to face interrogation spread like wildfire in Mumbai. Confirming this news, Devendra Fadnavis gave an explanation. He said, “I had exposed the scam in the Home Department in the Mahavikas Aghadi government in March 2021. I was told that I had the transcript and the pen drive. It was said that he was handing over to the Home Secretary of the country.

Accordingly, all the information about the scam went to Delhi on the same day and all the information was submitted to the Home Secretary. After that, recognizing its seriousness, Hon. The court has handed over the entire inquiry to the CBI. The CBI is probing the transfer scam. Anil Deshmukh is being interrogated. The then Home Minister is in jail.

However, when the probe was transferred to the CBI, the state government lodged an FIR to suppress the scam. An FIR was lodged alleging leak of information in the Official Secrets Act. In this regard, I was sent a question to the police. I replied that I would report it. In fact, as the Leader of the Opposition for the first time, I cannot be asked where the information came from. However, I was once again sent a questionnaire and told in court that I did not answer. Yesterday, Mumbai Police sent me a CRPC 160 notice. In the same transfer scam case, he has called BKC’s cyber police station tomorrow at 11 am regarding his FIR, informed Devendra Fadnavis.
