London: An Indian nurse and her two children aged four and six years were found dead in their house in United Kingdom’s Northamptonshire, a news report said. The police detained the 52-year-old husband of the late woman and sent the bodied for postmortem.
The woman, native to Kerala’s Kannur district reportedly arrived UK a year ago. She was reportedly working at the Kettering general hospital, a news report said. The couple’s eldest son was six-years-old while the younger girl was four.
The police found the woman dead and the two children severely injured at their residence. The locals told the media that they were found after a police team broke open the locked entrance of the house. However, the kids later succumbed to their injuries despite being shifted to a hospital via an air ambulance by the police team, Malayala Manorama said in a report.
According to the report, the police have confirmed that they don’t plan to make further arrests. However, other details of the investigation remain unknown.
