An FIR has been lodged against MNS city president Kaustubh Desai and his brother Kalpesh Desai at the Mahatma Phule police station in Kalyan for fraudulently signing a fraud. Desai’s partner Ganesh Mhatre has lodged the complaint. Desai cheated his partner by withdrawing Rs 4 crore 11 lakh from the bank on the basis of a false signature. Police are investigating the matter.
A case has been registered against MNS city president Kaustubh Desai and his brother Kalpesh Desai at Mahatma Phule Chowk police station for allegedly embezzling Rs 4 crore 11 lakh from their partner. Ganesh Mhatre complains that an agreement was reached with Kaustubh Desai to develop the ancestral land of 20 gunthas at Gauripada. The agreement was signed under the name Dream Homes. An account was opened with HDFC Bank for money transactions.
For this, all the documents were taken from Ganesha.
