Mumbai Police has registered a case of abetment to suicide but till now no one has been arrested in this case.In the case of 25-year-old Bar girl’s suicide, the police are looking for her boyfriend. According to the police, Sajni Singh used to work in a bar in Kandivali earlier.
Last year due to Corona, the bar was closed in the lock down, at the same time Sajni went to Dubai. There Sajni used to work as a dancer in a hotel.In March this year, Sajni came to Mumbai from Dubai, but she was quarantined by BMC from the airport.
Sajni was kept at the Sai Leela Hotel in Andheri East. A police source says that Sajni was in love with a boy named Aman Verma. Aman also went to the airport to receive Sajni.According to Sajni’s mother Jyoti Singh, Sajni had a love affair with Aman for a few years, both of whom were about to get married.
When Sajni was in quarantine in Sai Leela, Aman used to visit her. Meanwhile, Aman’s wife called Sajni and abused her, only then Sajni came to know that Aman is married. Two days later, Sajni committed suicide at the Sai Leela Hotel.Jyoti told that how Aman was allowed to meet my daughter while in quarantine. Along with Aman, the hotel staff is also responsible for my daughter’s suicide, who let Aman meet Sajni.
Jyoti alleges that the police is trying to save Aman and the hotel staff. No one has been arrested so far in Sajni’s suicide case.
Senior Police Inspector Jagdish Sinde from MIDC police station said that a case of abetment to suicide has been registered on the complaint of Sajni’s mother. So far no evidence has been found against Aman in this case, the investigation of the case is going on.
