A case of extortion has been registered against 3 policemen for embezzling money by abusing their authority. Sources said that these three policemen used to extort money from Angadiya traders. The accused are identified as Inspector Om Vanghate, Assistant Inspector Nitin Kadam and Sub-Inspector Samadhan Jamthade, sources said. A case has been registered against the three police officers under sections 384 and 392 of the Penal Code.
