A 25-year-old actress living in Hadapsar area of Pune has been raped. The accused has been working in various films, sexually abusing the victim by showing various temptations to set up a photoshoot company.
The case did not stop there, but the accused demanded a ransom of Rs 10 lakh by threatening to make the pornographic photo of the victim viral.Finally, the victim got fed up with the harassment of the accused and lodged a complaint at Warje Police Station. Police have registered an FIR against the main accused along with the other two under various sections including rape, blackmail and ransom.

The accused have been identified as Rajesh Mallya, Abhijit Ganpat Sathe and his sister from Aundh.The accused Rajesh owns a company called Memors Bollywood Film Equipment in Mumbai, which hires cameras and lighting equipment for films.As a result, the accused is known to many directors. The plaintiff has acted in some short films. Also working as a model in some projects. From this, the plaintiff was introduced to the main accused Abhijit Sathe. The accused has repeatedly raped the actress using various lures.
The accused has clicked pornographic photos by forcibly having sex with the victim.The accused has demanded a ransom of Rs 10 lakh from the victim, threatening to viralize the photo and make a video.
It is noteworthy that even before this, the accused has been working in the film. In her complaint, the victim has also alleged that a woman lawyer in Pune forcibly took a notary to clear the case. Police have registered a case against the three and further investigations are being conducted by Pune police.
