Once again actor Sanjay Dutt is in news and this time it is all for wrong reasons. Few days back Bollywood’s bad boy got into an altercation with municipal contractors at Pali hill and created a chaos on the streets in an incident if road rage. This incident was witnessed by a number of people who stood there watching their favourite star go bersek and that too in an drunk state.
According to the contractor Dutt was on his way home to imperial hieghts in an SUV driven by his driver. As the vehicle crossed Rishi Kapoor’s bungalow it came to a stand still because of the cement mixer which was standing in between the road. The driver asked the cement mixer driver to move back and give way to the actors car. ” Currently we are doing road resurfacing of entire Pali Hill and hence there are road blocks in many places. That day i was on a different location when this incident occurred.
My five vehicles were on that stretch at that time when Sanjay Dutt’s car crossed that road. Seeing that the road was blocked Mr Dutt came out of the car and started hurling abuses at thrle driver and other labourers. He started threatening them if they dont vacate the road. He immediately called me and I rushed to the spot. As i reached i saw the actor misbehaving with the driver and he even pushed him.
He was totally drunk and dint even realise that many people had gathered there and were looking at him, ” said the contractor.
He further said, ” the actor got so violent that he started kicking at the raw material truck which was near by and also started pushing it with all his might. As if this was not enough, he climbed on the flower bed in a bid to climb the truck but lost his balance and fell near the cemen mixer. Luckily the driver hit the brakes in time else Dutt would have been gravely injured. Even there after he fell he got bruised up badly and was bleeding from the arm and knee. His driver tried to pacify him and take him away. In a fit of rage he abused his driver and asked him to get away. He then got into his vehicle and drover over the wet cement and stopped ahead. He again came out and greeted the public which was witnessing the entire chaos. He even clicked selfies with him and chatted for a while. But there were auto drivers who came for selfies but they were manhandled and turned away by the star who then left his vehicle and decided to walk all the way to his house. ”
The contractor then immediately informed the Pali Hill residents association of this misbehaviour by Dutt. Confirming the story, Madhu Poplai, secretary of Pali Hill Residents association said, ” This incident took place at 2.00 am when the road repair work was going on. PHRA doesn’t support such incidents and we will be issuing an advisory to the actor soon. ”
Reacting to the same Sanjay Dutt’s sister said, ” It was a small incident and nothing newsworthy. There was not even a complaint about it. “
