Bollywood’s Dabangg actor Salman Khan has filed a defamation case against Ketan Kakkad, who lives next door to Panvel Farmhouse. The case was heard online in Sessions Court on Wednesday. Ketan Kakkad’s lawyer and senior lawyer Abha Singh told the court that Salman wanted Ketan Kakkad’s land cheaply. Kakkad’s lawyers have accused Salman of filing a defamation suit as the fight for land continues. There was a land dispute between the two neighbors, which is a battle for land in the name of defamation suit. Ketan Kakkad’s lawyer Abha Singh argued that the petition should be dismissed as Salman Khan did not file the petition in the court with a clear intention. The petition will be heard again today.
Power has been cut off from a power pole in front of Ketan Kakkad’s house, but Salman Khan has also broken the pole. Also, Salman Khan has installed a big gate in front of the house, so Ketan Kakkad cannot travel through this gate, nor can he visit the temple at that place. Ketan Kakkad is being harassed by Salman Khan for no reason, Kakkad’s lawyer Abha Singh alleged.
Allegations that Salman Khan has defamed Ketan Kakkad are false. Because Kakkad has not mentioned Salman Khan’s name anywhere. The lawyers also claimed that he had made his statement. Abha Singh also alleged that Kakkad did not mention Salman’s name anywhere, whether it was an allegation of having links with D Company, or child trafficking or other allegations.
