There seems to be no end to crimes against women. In yet another shocking incident, a radiologist from Maharashtra capital Mumbai was allegedly raped by a junior doctor from the Meerut Medical College in Uttar Pradesh.
The rape survivor alleged that the doctor raped her on the pretext of marriage. After the alleged sexual abuse, the doctor has refused to marry the radiologist.
On Friday, the victim reached Nauchandi police station and filed a complaint against the doctor, according to a report in Hindi daily Hindustan.
The woman in her complaint stated that one of his relatives is a junior doctor at Meerut Medical College. She claimed both knew each other well and were in contact through phone. She further claimed that the doctor sexually abused her multiple times on the pretext of marriage.
She said the doctor reportedly took her to several hotels in the city and indulged in sexual abuse. The woman also said that the accused doctor also took photos of her.
