There is a general fear that these restrictions will lead to lockdown in the state. Health Minister Rajesh Tope has made a statement on the issue of lockdown and other issues. The health minister has given information about when the lockdown will be imposed in the state.

“When the state needs 800 metric tones of oxygen, the lockdown will be imposed,” the health minister hinted at the lockdown. He was talking to reporters. This time he reacted to various issues.

“The spread of omicron in the state is doubling. Therefore, everyone should be vigilant. Omicron is less likely to require oxygen. We do not want to impose any more stringent restrictions, there is no need,” the health minister said.

The rules were implemented in the state from midnight today. Restrictions have been imposed accordingly. Attendance at restaurants, cinemas and confined spaces is only 50 per cent of the total capacity. The health minister reacted to the restrictions.

“Restrictions have been imposed as a precautionary measure to prevent congestion,” he said. “The first dose of corona vaccine in the state has been taken by 87 per cent of the people, while the percentage of those who have completed both doses is 57 per cent,” Tope said.
