Manpada police have rescued the accused from Ambivali in a filmy style. The accused was identified as Hasnain Syed and Rs 2.61 lakh was seized from him. The team of Sunil Tarmale, a police officer of Manpada police station in Dombivli, came to know that the accused was Hasnain Syed, who had been absconding for five years.
Accordingly, under the guidance of DCP Sachin Gunjal, ACP JD More, Vaponi Shekhar Bagade, the police officers conducted a film-style raid. During the raid, Hasnain was found in police custody. It is being said that some citizens clashed with the police at this time.
Meanwhile, the police dropped Hasnain Syed in a police vehicle and took him to Manpada police station. Hasnain Syed is considered to be the biggest criminal of chain snatching in the country. He was a fugitive in 20 crimes. Mokkahi has been imposed against him. Police have arrested Hasnain five years later.
