Mumbai: The problem of potholes is serious in Mumbai, the state capital and the financial capital of the country. The BMC itself has acknowledged that the roads in Mumbai are not completely free of potholes, despite spending billions of rupees.
The BMC has claimed that fewer potholes were filled by the Mumbai Municipal Corporation this year as compared to last year, which means that there were fewer potholes on the roads this year as compared to last year.
In this regard, the BJP has now criticized the Mumbai Municipal Corporation and the Shiv Sena, which is in power in the municipal corporation, from the pits in Mumbai.
