Mumbai Police has registered a case against a person for raping a foreign woman in Amboli area and the accused is still absconding. Police are searching for the accused. An FIR was registered by the police following a complaint lodged by a Polish woman.
According to the complaint, accused Manish Gandhi repeatedly assaulted the woman between November 2016 and January 2022. While the victim was working in a company in Andheri, the accused repeatedly created obscene stories in her name and made them viral on WhatsApp. Not only this, the accused Manish Gandhi sent nude photos, videos and other obscene videos of the victim to her.
Whenever he would accompany her to Germany, Goregaon, Delhi and other places for work, he would take pictures and torture her physically and mentally.
The accused had been threatening the victim for several days that he would send her videos and photos to her relatives and other people in the company. Amboli police has registered a case against accused Manish Gandhi under section 376, 354 A, 354 C, 509, 506, 67.
