A police officer said that while interrogating Umesh, Umesh first denied any relationship with Raj Kundra. When the police searched Umesh’s mobile, police was found a WhatsApp group. In which the people working for the Hotshot app were members. In which Raj Kundra and Umesh were also members in that WhatsApp group. Raj used to run his pornography business through this WhatsApp group.
After that, Umesh told the police that when the people of Hot Hit App were arrested for making porn films, then Raj removed the proprietary name from Hotshot and he made new hotshot’s director to Pradeep Bakshi.

According to police sources, Raj Kundra made the hotshot in the name of Pradeep to avoid arrest, but from the WhatsApp chat from Umesh’s mobile, it was revealed that by law Raj Kundra was not the owner of the hotshot, but the entire control was in his hands from behind. Then the police added Raj Kundra’s name on the first FIR.
Police also told that Shilpa Shetty has no connection in Hotshot company, Shilpa is a director in Raj’s other company but she did not have ownership in Hotshot, so police did not make Shilpa Shetty as a accused.
