A constable of the Railway Protection Force (RPF) has duped a 29-year-old youth of Rs 2.5 lakh in the promise of getting a job for a peon of RPF. The victim youth has made a written complaint against the constable of RPF to all the high level officers but till now no action has been taken against the accused constable.
