Son-in-law was raping mother-in-law for 2 years, when daughter and husband came to know, case was registered

Arnala police of Virar registered a rape case against the son-in-law for continuously raping mother-in-law.
According to the police, 55-year-old mother-in-law was raped several times by her elder daughter’s husband in the last two years in different hotels, guest houses and the victim’s house.

According to the FIR victim’s elder daughter  got married on 7th December 2021 to Ankit Ashok Otswal.  In the month of November 2022  victim’s son in law Ankit Ashok Otswal called her and said that he come to victim’s house and he wants to meet her at her Virar house.

“He came to my house and  he said I like you and forcibly had sexual relations with me when I was alone in the house and took photos and videos of our intimate scene and threatened me if you tell anyone about our physical relations those photos and videos would make it viral on social media,” victim told the police.

After that victim’s daughter’s delivery time on November 2022, she used to drive to Ola to meet her from time to time. Then her son-in-law Ankit Ashok Otswal threatened her with obscene photos and videos over the phone and repeatedly took her to Shelter Hutel, Suvi Palace, SK Resort at SK Resort Bhayander and repeatedly had physical relations with her.

On May 2023 victim’s son-in-law gave her at Mahaveer Dham, when he threatened her for sexual intercourse, she fell at his feet and forced sexual intercourse with her despite telling him not to disturb me. After that, when she came to know about the matter as her daughter, she asked her son-in-law.  But as her son-in-law is giving her more trouble.

After that victim told her husband about this matter and she came to the Arnala police station to file a complaint against son-in- aw.
