The city-based banker and prime witness in the cash-for deal in Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan case are going leave the country a going to lee on Sunday to London, a close source said.
According to Mumbai police officials, banker Mayur Ghule is currently residing at Tiara Tower in Khar and has a very close relationship with the cabinet minister in the Maharashtra government. Ghule was already summonsed by Mumbai Police as well as SIT of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).
During the probe it has found that, Ghule is the person who played vital role between Sam D’Souza and Kiran Gosawi. Ghule is the person who directed Sam to deliver 50 lakhs to Gosawi and on his payment were taken back.
It has to be noted that, Ghule is the person against whom high profile cheating cases were registered in Delhi EOW, Yamuna Nagar police station in Haryana and arrest warrant issued against him by Arab government in cheque bouncing case.
While in Mumbai, one London based business man have also lodges cheating complaint against Ghule, but due to strong connection with the state cabinet minister nothing happen to him. In Aryan Khan money was allegedly deliver to Ghule’s Khar based residence. But, after SRK’s manager given undertaking in court by saying no money transaction was done hence these people were not arrested.
We send our queries to Ghule and sought his reply but he failed. He did not replied to our messages. Mumbai crime branch as well Delhi Crime branch must act against him, else once he flee to London than never will come back like Vijay Mallya, Neerav Modi, Mehul Chowksi and defaulters.
